DAY & NIGHT ENGINEERING Delivery Policy
This delivery policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of our agreement with you. You must read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.
DAY & NIGHT ENGINEERING delivers door-to-door to all nine provinces within South Africa.
Before payment, you will need to indicate the physical address and area code within South Africa where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.
All delivery outside South Africa should communicate via export@daynightengineering.com
Please ensure that you provide us with your daytime delivery details as products are typically delivered during working hours between 8:00 – 17:00.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Your order shall be delivered to the physical address you specified while placing an order. If nobody is present at that address at the time of delivery, our delivery team will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them to the DAY & NIGHT ENGINEERING STORE
Delivery Fees and Free Shipping Rules
All orders over R50,000 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
For orders under R50,000, shipping charges will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the weight of your basket and area code.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a registered DAY & NIGHT ENGINEERING trade customer free shipping is unfortunately not available at this time
With Standard Shipping to major centres, and when orders are placed during the calendar week (Mon-Fri) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 48 – 72 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed, this may vary depending on your location.
Deliveries outside of major centres can expect to be received between 48 – 96 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Weekends or where a Public Holiday interferes will take longer to be delivered.
Delivery times are calculated from when your order is dispatched from our warehouse and not when your order is placed. Please contact us should you have any questions relating to delivery.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. DAY & NIGHT ENGINEERING will inform you as soon as possible if any products ordered by you are not available.
